Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Cohort 2

The Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) process that began on March 19 is going well, and participants are already reporting important shifts. We have set dates for two more cohorts. This one, running from April 20 through May 9, is an abbreviated version with less integration time, and requires presence in Asheville from April 28 to May 3.

We are incorporating the Holotropic Breathwork model, which offers the opportunity for participants to hold space for each other, as well as dramatically lowering the financial barrier to receiving this exciting new treatment.

Participants will receive 32.5 contact hours, including three ketamine experiences, online orientation and follow up, and modalities such as movement, nature connection, art, Brainspotting, etc. We are looking to find the most benefit from the neuroplasticity created by the medicine.

The whole process will be guided by the Internal Family Systems perspective, which aligns brilliantly with the nonordinary state work and allows compassion for parts that fear the journey. And, we have a Bioregional Chef!
