Supervision

I offer one-on-one supervision for therapists who are looking to improve therapeutic effectiveness or develop their skills in the modalities I use. I offer specific approaches for staying grounded and being the best therapist possible in the face of the challenges presented by our profession. I believe good supervision is essentially good therapy - it helps you work through your own issues so you can be more of who you are and less reactive to and more fully present for your clients. Through the IFS lens, this means staying more and more in Self-energy. If you’d like to discuss supervision opportunities, please contact me. I am also open to offering supervision in groups. I am not an “approved clinical supervisor.”
